Security Deposit: - 5 Lac
- For new Franchisee site - Assets Security – 2 Lac (INR 1.5 lakhs Refundable + INR 0.5 lakhs non-refundable) + 3 Lakhs (for Cash in ATM) = Rs. 5 lakhs
- Site to be prepare by Franchise- Normal TIS- Glass Door, Lobby Paint, backside cabinet and Single Phase power DB Box , Earthing. If Voltage issue than Voltage stabilizer will be require.
- We will provide the ATM, Vsat (connectivity), UPS+ Batteries and Annual maintenance work will be taken care by us.
- Franchise need to ensure Site rental,Electricity payment and site maintenance.
- Branding will be done by TCPSL.
- Cash Loading and FLM will be taken care by Franchise only (required training will be provide by TCPSL).

This is to inform you that below formalities are to be done for further processing to deploy the ATM for any Franchise site.
- You should have proprietor ship firm registration / Can start with Individual name also – If Cash source bank ICICI Bank .
- Images of the sites along with 2 Min Video of site and nearby area.
- 2 Signed copies of attached agreement each copy should be on 100 Rs. stamp paper. (Duly Signed & Stamped on every page),
- Filled Vendor Registration Form (Duly Signed & Stamped) also In Filled Excel sheet
- PAN Card – Self attested copy (Duly Signed & Stamped)
- AADHAR Card -- Self attested copy. (Duly Signed & Stamped)
- GST Certificate -- Self attested copy. (Duly Signed & Stamped)
- MSME /Proprietor ship firm registration copy.
- PAN Card Declaration if PAN Card is not in the name of firm in attached format (Duly Signed & Stamped)
- Cancelled cheque of Firm account for Billing Purpose.
- Current Account details of the Firm Name for cash loading purpose.
- Electricity bill of the shop (NOC required from owner(relative) if shop is not in franchisee name in case of Rental need rental Agreement)
